Tax benefits for donations

All donations to EMERGENCY VOLUNTEERS enjoy tax benefits.

You will be able to choose whether to deduct or deduct the donated amount.
Natural person: deduction from the gross tax of 19% of the amount donated, up to a maximum of 2,065.83 euros (art.15, paragraph 1 letter i-bis of Presidential Decree 917/86)

OR

deduction from the income of donations, for an amount not exceeding 10% of the total declared income and, in any case, to the maximum extent of 70,000.00 euros per year (Law Decree 35/05 converted into Law no. 80 of 05/14/2005).
For a company: deduction from the income of donations, for an amount not exceeding 10% of the total declared income and in any case up to a maximum of 70,000.00 euros per year (art. 14, paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree 35/05 converted into law no. 80 of 05/14/2005)

deduction from the income of donations for an amount not exceeding 2065.83 euros or 2% of the declared business income (art.100, paragraph 2 letter h of Presidential Decree 917/86).
